Gramercy Design is a boutique design studio based in New York City. Founded by Kyle O'Donnell in 2015, the firm provides full-scale and interior architecture, interior design, and design-and-build furniture services for residential and commercial projects.

Kyle started the firm after completing a unique duplex residential project on Gramercy Park. From this project emerged Gramercy’s central mission: to create one-of-a-kind environments that reflect a client’s personality and lifestyle, using Kyle’s own versatile, discerning aesthetic and innovative design solutions.

With projects spanning Los Angeles, New York, the East End of Long Island, and the Hudson Valley, Gramercy Design has worked with clients in film, television, theater, and finance to create beautiful homes and spaces noted for their craftsmanship, singular detail, and especially thoughtful design. Each project tells its own story, often drawing from the structure’s history and context, but more importantly, speaking to the core values, whims, and needs of its owner.
